bilateral breasts and axillary region US exam by 12 MHz probe:
sever and diffuse benign breast changes are seen.
scattered cysts and FCC patches are seen in both breasts up to 8 mm in right UOQ.
in right breast LOQ areolar margin (at 8 o'clock) threr is a lobulate hypoechoic heterogeneous 18x9 mm mass (atypical fibroadenoma focal fibrocystic changes). for further evaluation sono-guided biopsy is recommended.
no significant axillary lymph node is evident.
