تفسیر خطر سونوگرافی سینه

سلام ممنون میشم جواب این سونوگرافی رو  زودتر بهم بگین که نتیجه چی هست و اینکه خطری داره؟!
Breast composition is hetetogeneous.
No solid or cystic mass in noted in left side.
In the right breast at 4 o'clock near to areolar margin there is a FCC patch measure 17*9 mm.
Nipple shadow and skin appear normal.
No significant axillary node in noted.
Reactive type axillary nodes in both sides are noted( non-significant)
