با سلام . حدود دوسالی هست که از مشکل کمردرد رنج میبرم به تازگی به mri رفتم و نتیجه mri به شرح زیر است . ممنون میشم یکی راهنماییم کنه چون وقت دکترم یک ماه بعد هست ( نتیجه نوار عصبی هم دیسک خفیف بین l4 l5 بوده )
loss of lordotic curvature of lumbar spine is noted
multilevel small schmorl nodes are noted
normal lumbar lordosis is seen
vertebral bodies are normal is shape ,signal and alignment
no bone marrow signal abnormality is seen
no evidence of disk hernianation , canal or intervertebral foraminal
narrowing is seen in lambar spine
conus medullaris as well as cauda equina and distal cored appear normal
decrease of t2 signal intensity in intervertebral disks indicates
loss of lordotic curvature of lumbar spine is noted
